The Drummond Hotel
Jim and Mairead Peoples welcome you to their family owned and managed hotel, opened all year round. A busy successful hotel with the relaxed ambience of a truly professional establishment. The staff are friendly, courteous, interested in their work and therefore interested in you.The Drummond House Hotel was erected in 1828 by the Society of Fishmongers as a residence for their agent. The situation of the hotel on the outskirts of Ballykelly is ideal for the tourist and businessman. Ballykelly is a small attractive town three miles west of Limavady (The Leap of the Dog), where in 1851 Jane Ross noted down the famous Londonderry Air (Danny Boy) from a passing fiddler.
